We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our policies fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

Payment & Seat ReservationÂ
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve your scholar’s seat.
- If you did not pay in full at enrollment, the remaining balance must be paid no later than Friday, May 7, 2026.

Balance Not Paid by May 7, 2027
 If the remaining balance is not paid in full by May 7, 2027:Â
- The scholar’s seat will be released
- The 25% deposit will be fully refunded
- The seat will be offered to a scholar on the waitlist

Refund PolicyÂ
- Payments are fully refundable through May 7, 2027, whether paid in full or by deposit.
- After May 7, 2027, all payments are non-refundable due to staff hiring, program preparation, and limited enrollment, except as provided under the circumstances below.
- For your security, we process refunds back to your original payment method.Â

Our Commitment to Growth for Enrolled Scholars
Summer Scholars is a live, selective cohort experience built on participation and mentorship.
If, after the first full week, a family determines the program is not the right fit, tuition will be refunded in full.Â
After that point, enrollment is considered committed, as each scholar's place is intentionally reserved within a small cohort.Â
We make this commitment because growth requires trust--and trust should go both ways.

Gifts /Sponsorships
Gifts and Sponsorships are flexible and non-binding through May 7, 2027. If your recipient is unable to accept the gift, or unable to apply or to accept admission, no worries: you are not bound to any contract or obligation through May 7, 2027; any amount already paid by you will be refunded through the original form of payment until that date. Your generosity is appreciated. Similarly, if your admitted and enrolled student decides not to continue after Week 1, your gift will be returned in full as well. TransfersÂ
- Registrations are non-transferable to another scholar.
- If an emergency arises, please contact us. We will do our best to help where reasonable.
